The Indian Spotbills....

Spotted the Spotbill ducks
AND  
admired the riot of colors ...

They are basically grey ducks with paler heads  neck and the black  bill tipped with a bright yellow .
The wings are basically whitish with white feathers below and from above show a white bordered speculum (is a patch often distinctly colored ).

  1. Such a colourful bird! Bright orange feet, shades of peacock in its wing, sunshine yellow in its bill ... who would've tagged a duck as being such a bonanza of colours?!
